tire repair On 3/4/15, I brought in my truck which I told the service dept had a lead in the tire pressure gauge where the stem meets the gauge unit which was cov On 3/4/15, I brought in my truck which I told the service dept had a lead in the tire pressure gauge where the stem meets the gauge unit which was covered by an extended warranty. They had the vehicle all day and assured me there was no leak. Four days later on 3/9, the same tire was flat. I called the dealler and asked to speak with Gary Jaffarian, the owner, who has always been pleasant with me in the past. After waiting on hold for 15 minutes the operator came back on and said she could not locate him. I was forced to contact Toyota and open a complaint on the issue. They asked me if I was willing to take it back to the dealership and I caved in. The dealership admitted that in fact the stem was leaking and replaced it. There was no apology from the service maqnager for the incovinence they caused me. I told him don't worry I would not be back for service and the dealership and possibly Totota has lost the sale of a new Camry within two months. More
