I was greeted by Gary Simard at the door as Jena had already briefed him about my preferences. We took a test drive and Gary was very thorough on the features and functions available in the 2015 Highlander XLE. I sat with Gary S. and Sarkis and we hammered out a fair price as compared to a competing vehicle I was looking at from another dealer. The quick ePrice turnaround coupled with other factors drove me to Jaffarian! Stephanie another pleasant team member assisted with the paper work and the rest is really history. We transferred my registration/plates, the service team provided me with my inspection sticker and congratulated me on my new vehicle. The best customer service I made a down payment on a late model used car at the end last year for delivery the same day or the next business day with a chance that it would be I made a down payment on a late model used car at the end last year for delivery the same day or the next business day with a chance that it would be delayed longer due to paperwork problems caused by the Massachusetts RMV. The worst did happen since the MA RMV was its normal self. When I complained about the delay, everyone at the dealership bent over backwards to make things right even though the delay was out of their control. How a dealership responds when things do not go correctly is a discriminator between the good and the best. Their response was much better than I could ever hope for. I have had the pleasure of dealing with some good dealerships in the past, but I don't think any of them were as good as Jaffarian when it counted. I am amazed that such dedication to customer satisfaction still exists. More

Stephanie was very easy to work with I enjoyed working with Stephanie. She was down to earth and easy in conversation.
