employee training Based on our experience I feel it would be extremely beneficial if the sales staff had solid knowledge of how the financial and insurance process went Based on our experience I feel it would be extremely beneficial if the sales staff had solid knowledge of how the financial and insurance process went instead of saying how they think it goes then saying they don't really know then connecting customer with the business manager. This could have been handled much better with training resulting in higher level of confidence in sales persons knowledge. Other than that everyone was great to work with, the process went as smoothly as possible and we are now enjoying a new Highlander. More
