Initially, I found Xavier didn't communicate a timeline once the financing was in order and I had to call him a couple of times for updates. Also, it appears that the wrong vehicle was originally brought in from another dealer because those involved did not know the difference between a Tacoma the TRD Sport and a TRD Off-Road packages. I am a detail person and expect the dealership to have more expertise than I. Overall, I would purchase another car from Jaffarian in the future. Thank You! More

They didn't have the car I wanted on the lot and he kept me up to date over the two weeks we waited for him and the swap manager to find what we were looking for. He didn't push me or rush me. Most importantly, I received a fair trade for my 11 year old car and a great price for my new one. Even financing was a breeze with over 10 banks that they work with. A vastly different experience than the last one I had 11 years ago from the same dealership. Give them a try! If I had the money, I'd get another one from them. More
