The sales person understood our needs and ask no information but provided what we asked. On our next visit we knew what we wanted and we were helped by Gary Simard. He was very helpful and showed us a new and a pre-owned Venza. After we decided we wanted a new car with specific features he put in a search and was in contact with us to let us know how it was going until one was found. After we purchased the car he did an excellent job going over all the features and even setup my cell phone to work with the Toyota Entune application. He also told us to contact him should we have any question about the car. We are very pleased with the whole experience at Jaffarian. More

First Toyota Thought I was a die hard "Buy American" until I did a little research and found Toyota has as much, if not more, American content than the Big 3. Many of my friends had good experiences with Toyota's, so I thought i would give them a try. Shopped around to three dealers, and gave the best price to Jaffarian, and they matched it. Stephanie kept me informed of where I stood, but did not give me the hard sell, which I much appreciated. When the truck came in, the dealership had it ready and did all the registry paperwork, etc. to get me on the road. Overall, very satisfied with the truck, and hope to be for the next many years.
