Jaffarian is Terrific I was looking for a very rare pick up at the end of the model year - only 3 left in all of New England. Jaffarian committed to getting it for me and I was looking for a very rare pick up at the end of the model year - only 3 left in all of New England. Jaffarian committed to getting it for me and still gave me an awesome price despite other dealers who wanted to hold out for the max price given the high demand/low stock for these. My salesman was terrific and didn't try to sell me any extras. Ditto the business manager (you know how they try to get you to go for add-ons). Will definitely go back for my next vehicle. More

Car Search As with most everyone, I stepped into the car buying arena with a bit of trepidation. In the beginning of September I began a search for a new car. As with most everyone, I stepped into the car buying arena with a bit of trepidation. In the beginning of September I began a search for a new car. I went to a multitude of dealers and test drove a 2014 RAV4, a 2015 Outback, and a CR-V. All 3 cars had pluses and minuses, but I found the best value for my money would be to purchase a RAV4. I had first gone to another Toyota Dealer where I had previously purchased 2 other Toyota’s. They were quite fair on pricing and trade-in, but they were my first stop and I wanted to shop around and drive different models to find the right fit. When I decided on the RAV4, I wanted to find the best price and a reputable Toyota Dealer. In searching on CARS.COM I found that Jaffarian had the RAV 4 model and color I was interested in. Kristin Murphy was very timely in her follow up to my inquiry. I liked her demeanor on the phone and made an appointment to come in to see and drive the car of interest. Upon my arrival I was greeted by the friendly Jaffarian staff, whom thankfully were not overly aggressive. My salesperson was Trevor Fanning, who was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and the right bit of friendly. He won over my loyalty and trust. The Sales Manager worked with my financial requirements and we finally came to a mutual agreement on price. I then met with Harley Easton who thoroughly and patiently explained my service and finance options. Loved the technology in his office – great desk pad!!! All in all I had an excellent experience at Jaffarian. I picked up my new car today and am one happy camper. More

Return yet again This is my third vehicle from Jaffarian plus my wife has had four vehicles from there. We keep coming back to this dealership for several reasons. Secondly, we always get a good deal from the company. Thirdly, the staff we deal with are always friendly and helpful. And last, the after sales service is good. LIke I always say....Anyone can sell me a car, but it's what happens after the sale if there are issues. If I didn't get good after sale service and help, I would never return. Thanks.
