W I am writing this letter as a humble note of appreciation for the outstanding customer service provided by your Sales Representative Xavier Casiano. When I arrived at Jaffarian Auto Sales my expectations were not high because I thought I was not going to obtain a car that I could afford and I was not going to find someone that could speak to me in Spanish as well. To my surprise here came Mr. Casiano with a beautiful smile and he treated me as if I was part of his family. He made me feel very welcomed and because of him I am a proud owner of a Toyota RAV4. Used to new I was originally looking for a used car but the leasing options for a new Toyota Corolla were just too good to pass up. I dealt with Gary Simard and I was originally looking for a used car but the leasing options for a new Toyota Corolla were just too good to pass up. I dealt with Gary Simard and he was very helpful and made the whole process very simple. The day I went in and signed for everything was a Sunday and, since the registry was not open, I could not take home my new car that day, but when i returned Monday morning everything was ready to go for me and I did not have to wait very long, and the fact that they can do all of the registry paperwork and plates right there saved me the hassle of having to do it. Once I got my new car, Gary showed me all of the things in it, like the touchscreen, and answered all my questions. Quick and easy, I definitely recommend Jaffarian! More

Finally...After going through "THREE" Dealerships!!!!! I have been a toyota driver for the past twenty years. I have not had really good luck with any of them.....from Boston to New Hampshire (no names men I have been a toyota driver for the past twenty years. I have not had really good luck with any of them.....from Boston to New Hampshire (no names mentioned!). Either the Salespeople were taking me for a dope or the Service departments not having truly experienced people working on my vehicles. Needless to say, I was very leary of purchasing another Toyota from a Dealership. I decided to give Jaffarian Toyota a shot. I went to their dealership in Haverhill, met with a few salespeople, sat around and listened to customers and salespeople and how they interacted. I was impressed with what I saw and heard! I also have read many good reviews about Jaffarian Toyota, being around for 75 years gave me a little more confidence about dealing with a dealership that has been around for that long. I watched as the senior staff helped out the newbie sales people and saw the respect given to customers. I was introduced to Xavier Casiano who helped me above and beyond my expectations. He did everything in his power to get me the exact vehicle I wanted along with the exact options I specified. I was exceptionally happy in the way Xavier treated me and did whatever he could to make my buying experience top notch! I would definitely recommend Jaffarian and Xavier to anyone who is skittish about dealing with dealership salespeople and the whole buying process! Xavier is THE MAN!!!!!!!! More
