I was very quickly put at ease simply by the character and professionalism of Gary & Jim. Their thorough knowledge of their products was very evident. All of my questions were answered and my concerns addressed. Also the convenience of "one stop shopping" was great! No running around to Insurance companies and - shudder! - to the Registry of Motor Vehicles! All and all a very favorable experience with a friendly yet very professional team! I highly recommend their services to anyone looking to lease or purchase a new vehicle. More

As I received feedback on what the issue was with my car I requested an appraisal just for the fun of it. (Yes, really!) I was swayed by Rick Baron, who is an exceptional addition to your sales team even being a "newbie", to consider a new vehicle. Jim Carven came by to do his manager thing which I purchased my last car with him so it was a welcome surprise. Marc Smith is a fantastic personality for your immediate walk into the showroom. He was a very, VERY good catch from Rockingham! :) With all of that said. I absolutely had a fantastic experience purchasing my new vehicle from the moment I walked into service to the moment I walk out of the sales showroom. I will tell you, I am very pleased with Jaffarian, especially with the service I received from their finance whiz, Harley! Basically, I wanted to purchase my Sienna at the end of the lease. After going back to Ira Toyota, where I bought it - I made an appointment, then took time off from work to drive to Danvers...the guy I had the appointment with was not there, so they kept shifting me around from sales, to manager, to finance guy...I left Ira Toyota with more questions than I had going in, and Ira basically told me to go through Toyota directly for financing to buy out my lease. So driving home, I called Toyota. They had no idea why the finance guy told me to contact them, as the dealer is supposed to handle financing with Toyota. UGH!!!! Now, I am convinced to never get another lease in my life, as two years ago I had an absolute nightmare returning a Passat at lease end to Commonwealth VW, who were about as helpful as a wet bag holding groceries on a 5 mile walk and they screwed everything up and never returned messages and were always "in a meeting" when I visited 3 times at the dealership. So, walking into Jaffarian, I was highly skeptical and dreaded going through this whole runaround again. To my surprise, they offered me three options right up front 1) another lease (not!), 2) buy another new, or 3) buy my returning vehicle. Even though they knew I wanted to buy my existing vehicle, we went through the first two options and they did not push back when I said "no". When it came for processing of actually buying my leased vehicle, that is where Harley came in and worked his magic. Professional, courteous and knowledgeable of all aspects of what needed to be done, he handled it to a "T" and even got me an outstandingly low rate for financing. Amazing! They also professionally cleaned my car up before I got it back, perfomed service and recalls...they even lent me a rental car while they handled the paperwork.....a car with 10 miles on it. Very nice! Overall, I give Jaffarian an outstanding rating! More
