Managers empowered employes while providing support then senior management verified the customer experience inviting us to particpate in an monthly gathering for all recent buyers. Employees here did not point the way they took the time to show us where. Often the Finance Dept is stressful. They are experienced and friendly and put my my wife at east. So important. In my sixty plus years I know good customer service and when someone really likes their job or feels pressured to perform. Not here. I don't think my experience is over. I look forward to bringing in my RAV4 for service. More

From the moment we were there we knew that we were in good hands. Gary's knowledge of the Rav 4 was impressive. He was friendly, very professional in manner and very respectful of our needs in a vehicle. His selling points as to why we should pick the Toyota Rav 4 over another Mitsubshi Outlander were what convinced us to buy the Rav 4. Based on our great experience with Gary and the dealership we are definitely recommending them to all our family and friends. More

I had originally went in to Jaffarians just to see what they would give me for a trade and to see IF I would be able to get a loan. Jim and Frank sat down with me after I picked out the 2013 Toyota Tacoma Truck that I liked, and advised me of my lease and loan options and which one would fit into my budget. They did not push me or make me feel uncomfortable. I had advised them that my other half at home had to be in on the deal and after they gave me the final quote with the owner Gary Jaffarian there and I was comfortable with the numbers I had advised Jim I would call him within two hours. He trusted me enough to do so with no harassment from them. I went home talked it over with my partner, and we decided to go for it. The whole experience was excellent. When we went back to sign the papers Harley made it actually so easy it felt almost too easy. I always dread the signing of the paperwork but harley made it seem like nothing? They have a registry within the building and so it made it possible for me not to have to run around, they did all the registration and insurance and I picked the truck within 48 hours. I have already recommended Jaffarian to my Aunt and Uncle which we are going in next week to look at Camrys and Avalons and I will continue to refer all my family and friends in the future. The moment I walked into the Jaffarian Toyota showroom, I was greeted by Peter Johnson my Salesperson. I was there with the intention of buying out my 2011 RAV4 lease. After discussing this, he and Sarkis, the Sales Manager asked me if I would consider leasing a new 2014 RAV4 instead and explained the benefits of doing so. I am very happy that they did. This was truly a comfortable, no-stress, exceptional experience. Besides the knowledge and professionalism of Peter, Sarkis, and Harley in Finance, I enjoyed dealing with them as they made my leasing experience an enjoyable one from the moment I walked in until I drove off with my new 2014 RAV4. Everyone we spoke to was very friendly and helpful. There was absolutely no pressure involved and that is the main reason why people stay away from pushy salespeople. He actually asked us what we thought rather than rail on about the car's attributes. We truthfully had no negative responses about the car. It is exactly what we were looking for - smooth ride, comfortable interior, great extras, and super handling. We had a Subaru for 15 years and absolutely loved it. The model we owned (Legacy Outback SUS) was discontinued and when we tried a similar model, it performed poorly. We know a lot of Toyota owners and decided to try one. Thank God!!! More

Prior to coming into the dealership I had many conversations over the phone with both Jonathan and JIm. Both men were extremely attentive and easy to work with. I also worked with Gary Simard who went over all my questions and features associated with my new Camry. Even though it was getting late, he did not rush me out and made sure that I had an understanding of everything I needed to know/wanted to know about my new car. Every employee I came in contact with at the dealership was friendly to me, made my feel important and portrayed the dealership in a positive manner. I am very satisfied with my new vehicle, the financial aspect of the transaction, and my decision to lease my new car from Jaffarian. Overall, my experience with Jaffarian was outstanding.
