My experience began with an eQuote. I had done my research to determined what a fair price was for a 2013 Toyota Venza. After recieveing the quote, I scheduled an appointment to test drive the vehicl research to determined what a fair price was for a 2013 Toyota Venza. After recieveing the quote, I scheduled an appointment to test drive the vehicle. This is where I expected the hassle to begin!!! On the contrary.......I was met at the door by Sarkis (very pleasant and friendly) who introduced me to Carl. My family and I were seated and offered coffee or water. Again, this is where I thought the "car dealership hussle" was to begin! Carl made a copy of our licenses and we were off in the Venza. Carl went over the vehicle completely before we began the test drive - very thorough. When we returned to the showroom, my wife and I agreed we wanted the vehicle so the paperwork began. Because we were content with the eQuote, there was no back and forth haggling on the price with the salesman and sales manager! VERY EASY!!! Communication, atmosphere, personalities and the entire experience couldn't have been finer!! Gary should be proud! Also, thank you for the contributions made from the sale of every vehicle toward local school sports programs......every penny helps these days. More

The truck I eventually bought was on the lot and ready to go. The loan manager was friendly and well informed. She had my loan prepared and approved very quickly with a very low interest rate. I was excited about picking up my new truck and the sales person knew it. The kept me informed during the prepping and registration process with multiple calls. He had my trucked cleaned, windows tinted and available for pick up in less than 2 days. Thumbs up! The total sales process was very un-invasive, professional and satisfying.
