Im not sure why you bothered to write this review if you have no intention of giving us a chance to fix the problem. We are certified and have a good rating becuase we do things the right way. If youve experienced the same situation elsewhere maybe it's not the dealer. Either way if youre going to post bad comments saying that you were mistreated, you should at least give us a chance to correct the issue.

Im not sure why youve posted a negative review after the fact, considering that we are reimbursing you the $23. You never said anything about a floor mat issue or anything else so Im not sure what youre trying to accomplish with this review, My customer relations manager, Sarkis, will be calling you to straighten this all out. Dennis What I will accomplish is... 1. Make you understand I did not want a new registration (I'm the customer) 2. Salesman rude to my insurance rep, "yea yea whatever" attitude. (she was trying to get you to correct registration issue too) 3. An unsecured floor is a serious safety issue. 4. Trash from prep left in center console. Dennis in closing since you have a history of not "understanding" the issues at hand I have enlisted additional help by contracted the RMV for a possible audit of you operation. Brian, I just recieved the survey from toyota and it says that we refused to correct the regostration issue. Im not sure if youre confused but you left here with your car telling me you had no issues and I sent you a check for the difference in the registration which I didnt have to do but I did. Then you went and complained to every possible avenue about how bad of an experience you had and you didnt even attempt to let us rectify any of these issues. Im not sure what your motivation is at this point but I can assure you that issues are much easier resolved by being honest and asking rather than going behind my back and writing bad reviews and filing official complaints. If there is something still not resolved, please call myself or Sarkis and let us resolve it.

Mr M, As you can see from the numerous good reviews we take pride in our customer service and in the event something comes up, we are quick to resolve the issue. We did resolve some issues before you left with your vehicle. You signed a form stating that your vehicle was clean and free of damage and you also told me that the check I issued you for the registration issue was sufficient to solve that issue. Well after the fact you stated that we neither attempted to nor resolved any issues. We attempted to reach you multiple times on multiple occassions through this site, by phone, and email, and you did not respond at all. Im sorry that you feel unsatisfied, but please dont say we didn't do something when I have proof that we did. We cannot resolve an issue if we're not aware of it.

Are you suggesting that the floor mat issue was my fault or that I didn't make it very clear during the pick up of the auto that I never requested the a new registration? Yes you refunded the difference but that is not what I (the customer) wanted. You had chance to correct it on the spot but did not. Not very good customer relations questioning my motivation and stating I'm going behind your back. The floor mat safety issue had to be reported. You do take safety seriously...right? Perhaps you can tell me what you are doing differently with registration process and safety issues before they escape your facility? Thanks Brian

Hi Brian, I am in no way suggesting that the mat issue was your fault or the registration. We obviously overlooked the mat, which is a very serious safety issue I agree. Im just not sure why none of these items came to my or another managers attention before submitting multiple inquires. To be honest, I was a little surprised as well by the fact that your review had my name on it rather than the salesman that was at the root of your issues. So to go line by line After apologizing about the plate issue you told me your wife was irate but you didnt care either way and I was under the impression that you were satisfied by the result of our subsequent discussion. This turned out not to be the case. Jim was rude to your inaurance agent..not professional and I apologize, but other than that and a reprimand for Jim, Im not sure how else I can resolve that. You list it on your review as an unresolved issue. The mat not being installed properly..unacceptable definitely our fault..now a manager performs the final check before signing the delivery form before anyone leaves the lot. The registration form is now signed by the customer to be sure that there are no issues and their preference is wrtiting is how it is processed. the trash in your vehicle..unacceptable and again I apologize. If you would like to, Id be happy to detail your vehicle free of charge for the inconvenience. Im not looking to argue with you or be rude or un-professional. I simply want to get together with you and resolve this issue once and for all and make sure that you are satisfied. It is clear to me now that I shouldve gone a step or two further earlier in the process and for that mistake Im sorry..completely my fault. in any case I hope youre enjoying your new Prius and if youd like to call or come by Ill be happy to make sure EVERYTHING is resolved. thanks again Dennis 508-667-0255

Thanks for the feedback on corrective action, sounds like these issues are mistake proofed now. I love the prius, getting even better gas mileage than I hoped, no issues only good things to say.
