Avalon I had a very positive experience at Jaffarian. No high pressure sales, very kind employees (Mary Kate was my primary salesperson) and they communicate I had a very positive experience at Jaffarian. No high pressure sales, very kind employees (Mary Kate was my primary salesperson) and they communicated throughout the process. I think I got a fair deal and that matters most. I had a hitch with my insurance company - they didn't fax the paperwork in time, and then closed for the day. I live 2 hours from the dealership, and they were closing for the night. Too late for a rental car. I thought I'd be sleeping on the Jaffarian front lawn! They put me up in a hotel down the street, dropped me off and picked me up the next morning. Liberty Mutual finally figured out the fax machine and the next morning I was done. I call that customer service. And I will remember that when it comes time to purchase my next Avalon. Highly recommended. More
