A Veteran's Perfect Truck and Imperfect Credit It's been a struggle setting my ship on an even keel since returning from my last deployment, culminating in homelessness, and serious financial strug It's been a struggle setting my ship on an even keel since returning from my last deployment, culminating in homelessness, and serious financial struggles. As a result, my credit is/was less than perfect. Has a reward to myself for finding decent employment, housing, and stabilizing my life, I wanted to purchase a Toyota Tundra. I knew a newer model was going to be way beyond my financial means, so I began my search all over New England for a used truck. After a long and frustrating search, I happened by Jaffarian Auto Group, and saw a beautiful, blue 2009 Toyota Tundra in nearly perfect condition, and low mileage for the age. I took it for a test drive, brought my fiance to look at it, and with a lot of work on Jaffarian's Finance Department's part, I was able to buy the truck I've been dying to own. Chris, my salesperson, did everything he could to make my sale and delivery go as smoothly as possible. There were some bumps in the road due to miscommunication between he and I, and an RMV screw up, which they almost repeated when I went there to fix the situation, but as a whole, I couldn't be more happy about the truck, the service, and the entire process from Sales to Finance to Service and Parts. I would highly recommend Jaffarian. They take good care of our active and veteran military service members. -Adam Bonds More

Happy with service received I brought my car in for normal maitenence and also with a few complaints regarding my vehicle. I was listened to, and I didn't feel like my complaints were pushed aside. I was correct regarding my car, and the part was ordered and replaced within a few short days. I was kept updated regarding the status of the fix, and I loved that. Mark was very polite,and professional. I recommend anyone go there to see him (although the rest of the staff are very nice as well). Nothing better than feeling comfortable leaving your car with someone who you know will have everything taken care of, and have you feeling safe in your car. More

Way overpriced! Although Shawn was very pleasant and did his job well, I will no longer be having my car serviced at Jaffarian. I went in for an oil change and state inspection, they found all sorts of things that needed to be fixed. They gave me an estimate of about $1000! After talking to some friends I took my car elsewhere. I had my car serviced for less than $500. How can your company feel right charging double??? It doesn't even make sense! I will not recommend your company to anyone. Maybe you should lower your prices instead of adding high tech texting services, just an idea. More
