I NEVER thought that I would purchase a new RAV4 that day since I was SO HAPPY with my 2008 RAV4 ( never any problems). Joshua Shepard greeted us, listened about what we were looking for and then showed us a beautiful 2016 RAV4 SE in one of my favorite car colors. HE got it right the first time! He went over all of the features with - and suddenly 2008 seemed a long time ago! Sealed the deal - said "Goodby" to my 2008 RAV4 and moved into the present!!
