It was a certified pre-owned vehicle and the sales process was reasonable easy and wasn't drawn out like another locally owned Toyota dealership (where we originally test drove a similar vehicle but did not proceed). Chris was helpful and vehicle pick up was smooth. I can't say I am as enthusiastic about my other vehicle. More

Not your typical dealer... better, and honest. Many years ago I wanted to change to a prius, very soon I walked right out of a salesroom in ____, a notoriously arrogant greedy dealership confirmed. Many years ago I wanted to change to a prius, very soon I walked right out of a salesroom in ____, a notoriously arrogant greedy dealership confirmed. I'm not looking to come out on top, just have a fair deal, that's what I got at Jaffarian. That's also when I started to use their service dept. Friendly and polite 100% of the time. Best of all, I believe they are honest. They're a dealer and charge dealer service rates, but they don't do anything unnecessary in my opinion. And in fact, they try to help your cost. For example, they search for coupons and apply them. I needed new tires, and they didn't try to sell me the most expensive ones. I told them I probably needed new brakes, instead of greedily agreeing, they told me I had more mileage left on them. Good starbucks fresh coffee machine in the waiting room. Just wish there was a quiet place to sit away from the blaring TV. More
