Tim quickly brought several models to us for examination and led us through the levels and options available. We made a relatively rapid decision based on the thorough information that we were given. Talking about down payment, Mr. Sarkis discussed the variety of options available to u s. Again we choose one that worked for us. From that point on things were in automatic mode: Our insurance man was contacted, plates were received from the DMV, the car given a state inspection and delivered to us within 48 hours. All by Jaffarian personnel. The process was swift, efficient and thorough. It was a pleasure to do business with these most professional people and I would heartedly recommend them and Jaffarian to any potential purchaser of an automobile. More

I have always however, been able to be very positive about your service department. This recent experience has been very good. The salesman was very patient as I made a difficult transition from a Rav4 to a Prius. At one point I had considered changing my mind which could have been difficult for the salesman, but he gave me room to come to a decision that I am happy with. In the course of our decision making, he did not attempt to pressure us in one direction or another as we weighed a decision between leasing and buying. More
