When I arrived at Jaffarian, David took such good care of me. He's always polite and addresses all of your concerns and facilitates your appointments so that you are out of there in a timely fashion. He really made me feel good when he said that my tires were still in good shape because I have an inspection coming up. He also washed my car! Great guy. More

Painless and professional I just bought the most expensive car I've ever owned. I needed to trade in my Subaru and my wife's Subaru as we just had our second child. I tried loa I just bought the most expensive car I've ever owned. I needed to trade in my Subaru and my wife's Subaru as we just had our second child. I tried loading the seats into the Outback and there was no room for anything else. Didn't get that "safe" feeling loading the family in there and there was no way we were gonna put our dog and stroller in the back too. So I decided to trade them both in for a larger vehicle. I expressed my interest in the vehicle and they politely called me back a few times. I told them I was busy with the new baby and they just wanted to keep me posted that the used Honda Pilot I was interested in was still available. When I finally decided to go and see about buying it, the salesperson Chris was a great guy and the money guy Gavin was equally personable. We got to a deal we could both agree with pretty quickly and then I was off to financing with Tom. Everything went well and I didn't feel pressured. Their customer service is something they take seriously and I felt respected all the way through the process. Thank You Jaffarian. More

Dave always fully explains to me exactly what is going on with my vehicle and is always up front and honest with me and lets me know what I absolutely need or can hold off on and always fully explains why which makes me feel very confident that I am not being taken advantage of. I've made the mistake of taking my Scion to other places for just minor things and I've regretted it each time. I will never go anywhere else for even something as minor as an oil change as my experience at Jaffarian always surpasses my expectations. The washing and vacuum with my service is a great touch! (not like other dealerships we visited). The finance personnel were very thorough in going over all the options, and we were very happy with the final deal. From entering the showroom to driving away with the car took less than 1 day with less than 3 hours of our time. More
Service department I just purchased an 2016 Limited Edition Avalon. I brought in my new car to have mud guards installed. The service was great. This dealership is lucky to have them. More
Bad Customer Service I was in need of a vehicle and was very interested in the new Tacoma. I knew they were hard to find, but was promised by Mr Fanning that he could get I was in need of a vehicle and was very interested in the new Tacoma. I knew they were hard to find, but was promised by Mr Fanning that he could get the model i wanted in one week when my rental was due back. I tried calling the following Monday, and Tuesday with no return calls. Finally got ahold of Brian on Wednesday and he said Sorry we cant get it, these things happen sometimes, Mr Fanning was more interested in showing off for his boss who was there the night of the sale than he was actually getting my truck. The only one there who seemed concerned about the customer service was Sarkis. He returned my calls and tried to locate a truck for me. He ended up having to order one which took about 5-6 weeks. Even though it was not his fault or sale he apologized to me for not being able to get a truck in sooner. When I finally went to pick up the truck we ended up sitting in the office for over 20 minutes because our sales person was out on a test drive. Finally the finance manager asked another sales person to start the process. All the while Mr Fanning was sitting behind the desk right in front of us. It took over 2 hours to pick up the truck after having the financing and everything else done at a prior visit. To make it worse they could not find the second set if keys that belonged to the truck. Sarkis and the Sales manager were great to work with, but I will never recommend anyone work with Mr Fanning. I was in need of a vehicle and was very interested in the new Tacoma.
