Phase 1 of the rec This particular experience with Jaffarian service involved a Toyota Corp extended warranty program for excessive oil consumption. Phase 1 of the recommended test, was handled swiftly and professionally. The outstanding service continued when I returned for results of the test. My '08 RAV failed, which based on the problem, was a relief. The service advisor, Jake, promptly initiated the repair phase and Jaffarian provided me with substitute transportation for the entire time frame required for the repairs. As promised, Jake kept me informed with the progress and was reassuring that the issue would be resolved even beyond my expectations. Typical of my experiences with Jaffarian service and service advisors, I am a satisfied customer. More
