Terrible and unsafe service department experience. We went through a Massachusetts Lemon Law arbitration against Toyota involving a 2026 Camry Hybrid purchased from Jaffarian. Without our knowledge or We went through a Massachusetts Lemon Law arbitration against Toyota involving a 2026 Camry Hybrid purchased from Jaffarian. Without our knowledge or authorization, unauthorized work was performed on the vehicle while in Jaffarian's possession. When we arrived to pick it up, Service Manager Joe Maxwell and General Sales Manager Jeff Benoit refused to provide work authorizations or sign off on the service. A subsequent independent inspection revealed alarming safety hazards: the hybrid cooling fan was left disconnected, the rear seat was detached exposing high-voltage battery wiring, and the interior fabric was damaged. Management was entirely unprofessional, and executive management failed to respond or apologize. Buy and service elsewhere if you value safety and accountability. More

I had an excellent experience with Jaffarian Toyota’s mobile service! They did a wonderful job repairing my broken rearview mirror. Wonderful experience, Ronnie is the man, he said he was there to make everything easy. Wow did he deliver, straight talk,got the deal I asked for.
