A lost hour and a half My visit was for an oil change. So, I planned my time by bringing my laptop. However, I discovered the internet had been turned off/disconnected. Furt My visit was for an oil change. So, I planned my time by bringing my laptop. However, I discovered the internet had been turned off/disconnected. Further, I was told that only one of the owners could 'reset' the server. There one no owner on site for the afternoon. This is very disturbing on several levels. 1) the owners trust Jaffarian employees to service vehicles, even my vehicle. 2) the owners don't trust ANY (and I mean NONE) of the employees to access a Jaffarian server to press a simple reset button! Why? 3) any customer who planned on working while waiting was not told, prior to surrendering their keys, that there was no internet, and there had not been any internet for the previous TWO HOURS at a minimum - this from other disgruntled customers - one with a very bored and ancy 10 year old boy. Internet access is expected and is an advertised part of the Jaffarian offering. To not inform customers in advance (of no available internet connection) casts a very negative cloud over my visit - especially when I learned that Service Department was aware of the problem with the internet and did not advise customers prior to taking customers' keys!! My car is no longer under the initial warranty. I will now look to have my oil changed elsewhere. Jaffarian willfully wasted my time. They earn zero stars for not being pro-active and going for the business, with no regard and no respect for their customers. That Mom with her son will not be back, and I won't either. POINT: ask if internet is up and running before surrendering your keys at Jaffarian!!! More
Great car Leasing experience I just went in to service my leased car, for the first time at this dealership and they were super friendly. It is near the end of my lease so I went I just went in to service my leased car, for the first time at this dealership and they were super friendly. It is near the end of my lease so I went to talk to sales while I waited to see what kind of offer I could get. Josh and Gary helped me right away. After just a couple of questions (which felt like I was talking to friends) I got an offer that was very much better than I expected. I was really surprised I didn't have to haggle. I think I am still surprised almost a week later. They made my lease renewal for a new car extremely enjoyable and very comfortable. I was very happy at this, considering my first experience with one of their sister dealerships was not a good experience at all. The process was so quick and easy, they did everything for me. I even got to drive the car home that day. You really took the stress right out of car shopping for me. I will continue to do business with Jaffarian and have already recommended them to others. Keep up the great work guys! More
Kept to their word! I purchased a new Prius from a Boston Toyota Dealer. I also purchased an option that had to be installed. I chose Jaffarian because they are the closest Toyota Dealer and also have taken good care of me in the past. Walter Sazo, the Parts & Service Director quoted me a fair price for the job. Even though the job required more time to install than expected, the Service Manager, Benjamin Collins, honored the quote given to me by Walter. The technician who installed my new Aero Side Slitters was very comforting in talking with me and assuring that he would be able to to a great job for me. This Prius, being brand new and my first ''new'' car since 2002 had be feeling a little nervous. I am glad to be able to share this and hope that whoever reads this will give Jaffarian an opportunity to serve them (you) too! More
