We scheduled an appointment to determine why the engine on our RAV4 was inconsistently “Shuddering” while stopped at a stop light. Of course the engine did not do it the day we scheduled the appointment. After some technical analysis, it was summarized that the problem may have been due to a bad load of gas. However, Mark suggested we keep an eye one it and never hesitate to come back if it happens again. My husband asked Mark some technical questions which not only did Mark answer and clarify, but he actually showed the technical aspect on the RAV4 to my husband. We were very impressed of Mark’s knowledge, willingness and interest in clarifying the answer to the question with an “Above and Beyond” attitude! We felt confident and satisfied with his expertise and answer! Every time we come to this service department we feel as though we are treated and valued as important customers. Once again, I would definitely recommend this dealership and service department and continue to do business here! More

We scheduled an oil change and tire rotation for this morning and Marques promptly greeted us and tended our paperwork efficiently and on time. We were provided with a video of the service that was being done on our Toyota Rav 4 while we were waiting. We were impressed with the efficiency and explanation of the service that was being done! Marques suggested that the engine and cabin air filters should be changed due to dirt and debris which is part of normal maintenance. We also noticed this on the video that was provided and also had this service done. My husband had a couple of questions which Marques went the extra mile by asking the mechanic, Andrew, that worked on our vehicle to answer. The mechanic, Andrew, came out to the service desk and satisfactorily answered my husbands questions. We feel as though we are treated and valued as important customers. Once again, I would definitely recommend this dealership and service department and continue to do business here! More

I was impressed with the easy to use technology to schedule, visit and follow up with my first Toyota Care service appointment for my 2017 Toyota 4Runner. The people I dealt with were professional, courteous and friendly. I had to bring my 2yr old grandson with me to the visit and was very happy to see the enclosed children's waiting area that was clean, equipped with toys and a play table that allowed my grandson to roam freely without my having to chase him. They even warmed up the car for us when we left so I didn't have to put him in a freezing cold car, I appreciated that a lot! I especially want to thank David Yaboujian for his patience and accommodation of my husband's multiple questions and requests. He can be a difficult customer and was pleased with the outcome of my visit. More
