I have dealt with having a brand new Volvo that is a lemon. Approximately 3 weeks ago they completed a software update that has made my car worse. I have so many safety concerns. When i purchased my Rav 4 xle everyone was very friendly. Bill my salesman was friendly, informative and helpful. I am not happy with how the dealership handles loan processing. I have excellent credit and with me purchasing a new vehicle I know I could have been given a much lower percentage rate. Now I will have to refinance in order to receive a lower percentage.
