"Customer Service is important"

Rene and Reggie in the service dept handle the customer service with efficiency and professionalism. The waiting area is clean and comfortable enough to spend 2-3 hours while waiting for your vehicle to be serviced. Also appreciated the video service for a quick look under the car and pointing out problem areas when necessary and also noting if areas and parts are still in good condition. Great addition to the service dept.

On Saturday my tire exploded as I was traveling with my dog in the back seat. For the first time, I used the Volvo app to request service. To my amazement I received a call within 2 minutes and had roadside service within the time stated( (1/2 hr.). I called Jaffarian to see if I could come.there immediately with the spare donut tire and to ask if ok to bring my dog. The service personnel were busy so the receptionist went downstairs ti check. I received a text to come in and ok to bring the dog. Within an hour(at most) I had a new tire and was driving away. Top service and no overselling, Really nice people.

I brought my new vehicle in for a fuel door that wouldn't open, I was new to Jaffarian Volvo, waited for my repair, the waiting area was great, wifi and great coffee, my vehicle was fixed and washed before I could finish my coffee, this is my first Volvo and because of Jaffarian it won't be my last, from sales to service they have it right..

"Quick and Easy First Maintenance Visit"

It was time for the first routine service on our 2017 XC60 and I booked an appointment (no hassle over the phone) to wait for the work to be done. I brought the car in at 8, chose the free car wash over the available premium options and sat down with my magazine and phone in what is a very spacious, comfortable waiting room. The car was ready in an hour, sitting out by the door for me to drive it away. The experience could not have been much better.

"Simple oil change resulted in 800.00 bill and 1 week later.."

I would not recommend this dealer to purchase or service a volvo. After the oil change 1 day later the Strut bearing (designed by Volvo to reduce rubber squeak) started squeaking. That was fixed for 695.00. When we got the home the Center Console display didn't work, nor did the backup camera, BLISS, Navigation and just about everything else connected to the network. The tech tried to download new software but couldn't get it to update. Two days later magically he got it to update the software. Another $125. This is my 5th bad experience with this dealership. One was for a new Volvo SC60 they couldn't deliver after 8 days. Plan to trade my last Volvo for another more reliable brand.

So the dealers response to this review was a telephone call to me saying "You gave us a bad review, we don't want your business any more and you're not welcome here".... United Airlines treats their customer better than that. By the way, the radio, Bliss system, backup camera failed again just 4 days after they fixed it.
