Very accommodating and extremely helpful Ben Ong was great to work with. He wasn’t at all pushy. No one likes having to go through the arduous process of buying a car.. and some dealerships you just can't get a straight answer,or a human response, and they just bombard you...and it can be so frustrating right.... but this is NOT THE CASE with Jaffarian!! Even though it was bittersweet to part with my old Volvo, Brian and Gavin and the entire sales and Jaffarian Volvo team made the process easy. Brian is such an authentic, patient, and friendly person. He explained everything on the new car in detail and just has a way about him that puts one at ease in a situation(buying a car) that can be stressful and daunting. The follow up was excellent as well, in terms of checking in with me to see how I was enjoying the car and also being available to answer the questions I did have. Gavin is also just the best, I never felt pressured or rushed into making a decision and he really came up with so many options for me to choose from. He really works for you to get you into the car and deal that suits you. And, he has very nice suits. ;) I felt taken care of from soup to nuts and would highly recommend Jaffarian Volvo. More
