This was my first time buying a car on my own and I didn’t want to get taken. I was pleased to have Urbain as my sales consultant. He was very professional, knowledgeable and did everything possible to ensure my car met Jaffarians high standards. He worked hard to make sure my car was ready before the long holiday weekend. He also made a point to come in on his day off which made everything go very smoothly. I have had it for 5 days and love everything about it, how it handles on the highway and city, performance, mpg, safety features and technology. It was a great deal with a long list of features more cars should have. Love the shade of grey/blue, jewel headlights and the grey leather interior. Merci Urbain for making the car buying experience an exciting and pleasant one! More

I have dealt with having a brand new Volvo that is a lemon. Approximately 3 weeks ago they completed a software update that has made my car worse. I have so many safety concerns.
