My salesperson, Joshua Shepherd was patient, knowledgeable, respectful and thorough. He was professional and personable. Gavin Jaffarian presented me with a fair trade-in, to his advantage of course, but it is his business to make a profit and I understand that. As long as there is no deception and manipulation, I understand that reality. The price of the new Volvo was very competitive. I ended up purchasing a 2017 Volvo S60. I simply love the car! The car was perfect at delivery (even though it was the dead of winter). This dealership really is a notch above the rest! It wasa nearly stress-free experience all around. Booking in was very smooth, as always and the personal service is really unmatched any where else, like meeting old friends. These are awesome folk. While I was there they took care of another customer with exactly the same care and attention explaining what was found and how the repairs could be done. More

Excellent Service I called due to a nail in my tire and was able to go right up to the service.
