Run, do not walk away from this dealership. I am not going to list all of the problems that we had buying our used Volvo. The reason is because it would take to long. I left the dealership with my $22k Volvo with a reject inspection sticker in the glove box and nothing on the windshield. Why because I refused to wait anymore. They had a week to get the car ready for pickup. And that is what I was presented with at my scheduled pick up time. Its a shame. I love the car, but hate the way they operate. NO EXCUSE. The salesman Tim was the only bright spot. Nice guy. From then on it was a joke. More

Superb Customer Service I called to make an appointment to have my power steering looked at and was able to come in the very next morning. My issue was resolved in 2 hours w I called to make an appointment to have my power steering looked at and was able to come in the very next morning. My issue was resolved in 2 hours while I waited. The service rep kept me informed of what was going on with my car at each step in the process and requested my permission and told me the cost before any work was performed. The waiting room was very comfortable. I brought my laptop to work while I waited and was happy to find a couple of desks just for that purpose. Not to mention the free coffee, water, Welch's juice and snacks were a nice treat too. This Volvo dealership is not the closest to my home, however, the extra ride is well worth it each and every time! More
