She relates the recommendations of the technicians to me, but never in a pushy, "you really need to get this done" way. If I need to leave my car for extended periods of time she has a car available to borrow, which is a huge convenience! As nice as the waiting room is, I really appreciate not being held captive there or having to make arrangements to get home. The only reason I didn't rate it 5 stars is I feel the labor cost is on the higher end. Otherwise, great job Jaffarian!! More
