Buying car part is great. Auto loan part is reall bad. buying car part is great. Louis was very patient and helpful. The auto loan part was really bad. I told the dealer's auto loan guy that we could get 2.24% from our local bank. The day after he left a message that told us that he would/could find a rate matching or beating our rate. We were really happy to hear about it. We thought that we would get better rate and first payment by volvo since there is volvo wonder of summer promotion. Several days later, we went there to get the car. We were told that we were declined by volvo financial service. The best rate we get is 3.xx% and there is no first payment by volvo. Additionally its the last day they could hold the price. It left us no time to contact our local bank. Ended up a higher rate and no first payment by volvo. its really frustrated. More
