This policy excluded my older Volvo’s and my desire to purchase from them. Before I signed up for my first Lease with Jaffarin their Service department welcomed my older Vehicles no questions asked. My first lease in 2011 through Jaffarian was hassle free. I’m now a repeat customer on my second lease with Jaffarian. This was our first buying-experience with Jaffarian Volvo and, overall, it was a very pleasant one. My wife spoke with Louis on the phone and he assured her that we would be glad we gave your dealership a c and, overall, it was a very pleasant one. We decided to make the nearly-hour long trip from our home to the dealership and found the staff to be pleasant and accommodating. Louis was busy with another customer when we got there but Carl Rogers stepped right in and made sure our time was not wasted. He began the process of answering our questions and, when Lou broke free, Carl turned us over to Lou absolutely seamlessly. Lou took us through the rest of the leasing process. It was late and Lou was going on vacation the next day, however, so, when it came time to pick up the car, Jason Coffill stepped in and did a great job of answering our vehicle-specific questions and getting us out the door. We had one small misunderstanding with respect to whether the vehicle came equipped with a trailer hitch and your sales manager, Sarkis Shamshoyan, came right over, listened to my side of the story and went right to work addressing my issue. This was our first experience with Jaffarian Toyota Volvo in Haverhill, MA and overall it was a great experience. We met with Rick Titus on a Sunday to look at a used 2004 Volvo XC90. Unfortunately, the car in Haverhill, MA and overall it was a great experience. We met with Rick Titus on a Sunday to look at a used 2004 Volvo XC90. Unfortunately, the car already had a deposit on it. I asked Rick to let me know if the deal fell through. He called me on the following Friday morning to let me know that the car was once again available, and we went down to see it that evening. The car was in beautiful shape and we took it for a test drive. The only issue we noticed was a pulling to the left when braking. We negotiated on the car the next day and asked that the pulling be fixed as part of the deal. Rick, Sarkis and Rob were all part of the negotiating and were great to work with. As an added bonus, Jaffarian was having a Father's Day special until June 16. We were eligible for this special and we received a grill and a Butcher Boy coupon for free! Very nice bonus! We picked the car up Monday evening and it was polished and very clean on the interior. We were told that the pulling to the left issue was fixed, but unfortunately that was incorrect. We will be bringing the car back and ask to have a test drive with a mechanic. I have no doubt that Jaffarian will honor our deal and resolve this issue. This was the only negative in the overall experience and because of this, I rated the "Quality of Work" category as a "good experience" versus a "great experience". I look forward to continue doing business with Jaffarian Toyota Volvo in the future. More

Outstanding - Carl Rogers sold us our XC90 several years ago, and we were very happy to be paired up with him again this time. He is incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and dedicated to his job. It was late on a Sunday afternoon and he refused to let us go home without washing the car first (even though I told him it was fine). Nevertheless after we finished signing the paperwork we found him with his sleeves rolled up and wet from going the extra mile to wash the car himself. He then made sure that the next day when we came back it had the full cleaning/detailing. We will certainly recommend Jaffarian and Carl to all of our friends. More
