To my amazement I received a call within 2 minutes and had roadside service within the time stated( (1/2 hr.). I called Jaffarian to see if I could come.there immediately with the spare donut tire and to ask if ok to bring my dog. The service personnel were busy so the receptionist went downstairs ti check. I received a text to come in and ok to bring the dog. Within an hour(at most) I had a new tire and was driving away. Top service and no overselling, Really nice people. More
