Extremely helpful and courteous I located the car that I wanted online after searching out many internet sites. When I called to see the car, I was told that the car was sold. My sal I located the car that I wanted online after searching out many internet sites. When I called to see the car, I was told that the car was sold. My sales manager, Rob Singh, went to bat since the deal had not closed with no customer nor down-payment and informed me the car was available. It only took one trip to dealership to check out car, close the deal and complete the sale. They held the car for three days and when I picked it up it was clean and ready to go. Redemption I purchased a 2012 CPO Jaguar XF. I have always been a BMW fan and have owned 5 of them, but read the reviews and decided to go test an XF for my wif I purchased a 2012 CPO Jaguar XF. I have always been a BMW fan and have owned 5 of them, but read the reviews and decided to go test an XF for my wife. The car drove great and had tons of power so I bought it on the spot. Literally as I was driving home from the dealer, I smelled antifreeze. Turns out the water pump failed. Called the service department and they got me a new XF to drive while the promptly repaired mine and added the window tint I requested. It was fixed in a day and we could not be more pleased with the service we received. I was so impressed with the service, I even brought in my Audi S5 to have them tint the windows on that car as well. Park Place Jaguar turned what could have been an nightmare into a pleasant experience and have earned my business in the future by doing so. More
