Even I did not bothered to take my check book or check money in the bank. We did visit other carmaker dealerships on the way, but did not find the correct car for us. We had many requirements for our next car. Comfort and pulling power were on top. Even though many luxury cars had great designs, when it comes to driving it became a very tedious work than pleasure. I was worried about financing too. Because I bought my previous cars with cash, I had no experience in financing what so ever. But when we stepped in the dealership, FIRST, we found the car we want. SECOND, we found the price. THIRD, we got the best support in arranging financing with 1.9% interest. Unbelievably, we drove our new car home in less than an hour (including washing and filling up gas and test drives). I greatly appreciate the work done by Mr. Taylor Garrett, who made negotiations with the bank and arranged a very reasonable financing for us within minutes. We were delighted and very impressed. Mr. Leonard Johnson, the Sales Consultant, was very friendly, let us test drive all the cars we asked for and helped in every way. Mr. Brad too helped in making this deal happen. We are thankful to all of them. After a week now, I am very pleased with the car. After driving Merc, BMW, Lexus, Audi, VW, Peugeot, and many other brands in the past, I can say without any hesitation, this is the best car out of all. The dealership was superb - many choices for the car I was considering. But the icing on the cake was getting to deal with Paul Light. I ultimately bought exactly the same car, but with the add-ons I wanted, from a different dealership, but I cannot say enough about how Paul went the extra mile to take care of me. By that standard, Paul Light provided me with outstanding service throughout the entire process of purchasing my new F-TYPE V8 S. The car either sells itself, or it doesn't, and Paul gets that; there was never any of the typical car sales pressure. Paul is very knowledgeable, and even proud of the product that he is representing. He did a great job of assessing what I was looking for and my familiarity with the vehicle, then patiently and courteously filled in the blanks. He made a point to correlate many of the things we had discussed in the showroom to the experiences of the test drive. When I decided on the car, there were a couple of things that I wanted on the car that it hadn't been configured with; Paul and the folks at Park Place were able to quickly make it happen. I wanted to purchase a used jaguar XK type. Did not know whether it would be an XK or XKR or whether it would be a coupe or convertible. Brad arranged for my wife and I to test both. Talk about knowing a car, Brad knows the Jags like know one I have ever met. After the purchase he took me through how to operate everything and he was right about everything. We were going to pay cash for the car but with the incredibly low finance rate we paid off our other car and financed a portion of the Jag. This decision through Brad's help saved us quite a sum. Great experience and Great Car. I would recommend Brad and Park Place to anyone. More
