After 8 1/2 years of owning an Audi A6, we decided it was time to purchase a new luxury sedan. I had test driven every brand I could think of when my husband asked me to test drive a Jaguar while he was out time to purchase a new luxury sedan. It just didn't seem like my kind of car. From the moment I walked into Park Place Jaguar in Plano and met Paul Light, I knew things were about to change. Paul is the only salesperson I spoke to that actually took the time to explain the features of the cars that I test drove. All the other dealership salesmen were more interested in waiting until I could bring my husband in to try to sell the call. Paul was very enthusiastic about his product while the other salesmen just seemed to be going through the drill. The minute I sat in the XJ Supercharged, I knew it was going to be the car that both my husband and I could be passionate about. I did extensive research on each car I test drove, presented a detailed packet to my husband, and once he was convinced that I really liked the car and had done my homework, we mad an appointment with Paul to test drive the car. A few hours later, we drove off with our new Jaguar XJ. Paul made the process of completing all the paper work a positive experience. We appreciated his sense of humor and his transparency. I had to either repair or replace a 2000 S Jaguar with no advance notice due to an accident. I went to Park Place due the excellent service I had received previously from the dealership via Assistance Servi advance notice due to an accident. I went to Park Place due the excellent service I had received previously from the dealership via Assistance Service Manager Roy Sheldon. Later review indicated it was not economical to repair my damaged vehicle due its relatively low market value and the relatively high cost of repair. Accordingly, I decided to purchase a vehicle, a customer select certified preowned 2010 Jaguar XFP, using Sales Consultant Will Haynes. I found the experience to be very customer focused, the service outstanding and the understanding of the need to meet customer expectations excellent. The dealership obviously emphasizes service and this was apparent through all phases of the process. After picking up the vehicle, I subsequently had a small issue due to a missing driver's side floor mat. Action was taken immediately to rectify the omission. Will was particularly pleasant and helpful and was paramount in ensuring that both the dealership and I found common ground locating a car meeting my price and quality expectations yet satisfying dealership sales price requirements. Followup, financing and explanation of the car features and operations was outstanding with Will taking the time to review each item and answer all my questions. I have been very satisfied with quality and performance of the car I purchased. I fully intend to have the vehicle service at Park Place as in past and would not hesitate to recommend the dealership to others who may be in the market for a luxury automobile. Guy Camarata More
