My original appointment was in January. They pushed it to March. My airbag light was on as a result of a improper wiring that occurred during a repair at BPC Motors. Other warning lights were on as well, but a local repairman fixed them & suggested that I go to the dealer for the airbag. After waiting for several hours I was told that the airbag and clock spring should be replaced - but were no longer made for my car. Why not check parts availability before charging me $255.00? Also, I recently talked to a mechanic who said that if the clock spring was defective, the horn wouldn't work. (it does) So to summarize, incompetent service, high pricing. More

After waiting 2 months for parts we left the car for 3 weeks and nothing was done. Since then car was drivable we took it and asked for an appointment and a loaner. 6 weeks later we dropped it off on Nov weeks and nothing was done.
