Melissa was very professional with arranging my service appointment and completing it in a timely matter. Scheduling and quality of work was outstanding. Service person I was scheduled to see was on the phone so I waited then walked outside. He got off the phone and didn’t try to help. A lady checked me in. He never did speak to me, wasn’t friendly and seems I waited then walked outside. He got off the phone and didn’t try to help. A lady checked me in. He never did speak to me, wasn’t friendly and seems not to be a people person. The problem with my car is something that this dealer has fixed before. It cost me thousands of dollars to fix it and the dealership won’t fix it at their expense. I am very disappointed and after I get this problem fixed, I don’t plan to ever use this dealership again!!
