I brought the car in for an infotainment issue, which got fixed, but the dealership damaged the back side of the car by running it into something. The fessed up for the damage, but the dent repair and paint fixed, but the dealership damaged the back side of the car by running it into something. The fessed up for the damage, but the dent repair and paint job were beyond poor. It's been worked on twice so far and still not to our satisfaction as the damage is still noticeable. A new metal side has been ordered and will be installed. Hopefully this will fix the issue and the paint will match. Through all of this where we've had to drop the car off multiple times and not know the exact status of when we will have it back, we have not received anything to make up for the dealership damaging our car other than to try and get it back to its perfect condition. I would have expected some deals or free service, etc. If the new metal side doesn't make the car perfect looking then I am not sure what they will be able to do next to make us whole as the dealership caused our brand new car of just a few months to depreciate faster than normal. More
