I understand that during this transition service is interrupted, but a heads up would have been nice. Again Shane is awesome am always happy with him it’s the facility that caused issues this time. I called them up to let them know my car was on the way. Shane kept me informed of the process every step of the way. Once the assessment was complete (the wheel and ball joint on my F-Pace were damaged pretty badly), the necessary work was scoped, communications to my insurance company and myself were made, work approved, car fixed! The entire process was totally worry-free. Shane provided great communication coordinating every step of the way. Thanks Bellevue LR/Jaguar!! You guys were awesome! More
Regular service appointment, made great Sheneta always takes care of me & this was no exception. I got my truck in & considering the multiple things that needed work, it got done as soon as Sheneta always takes care of me & this was no exception. She always makes sure that I'm taken care of, from having a loaner to quick and timely turn arounds I couldn't ask more of her. I was extremely pleased with the work done to my vehicle & I will continue coming back to Jaguar/Land Rover Bellevue. More
I waited 50 minutes from start to finish to get my loaner. I waited too long from start to finish dropping car off and getting my loaner car. 120,000 Mile Service I had my 120,000 mile service completed on 11/1/19, upon arriving home on 11/1, I noticed my headlight was out. Either lights were not checked as par I had my 120,000 mile service completed on 11/1/19, upon arriving home on 11/1, I noticed my headlight was out. Either lights were not checked as part of the service, which is indicated to be included, or I am very unlucky to have a headlight go out during the 35 mile drive home. I had the headlight replaced at the Tacoma Range Rover Dealership on 11/2/19. During that appointment I was asked if the service completed the day prior in Bellevue alerted me to a potential issue with my timing chain. I was not alerted to any issues following my $3,000.00 service appointment, in fact was just handed a receipt and keys. There was no additional paperwork indicating any issues, and no follow up was provided after my service. Over the years since purchasing my car in Bellevue, the level of service has declined. Loaner cars aren’t what they used to be, a report following service of potential issues is no longer provided. More
