They transferred the remaining elite service package and in control app subscription from the previous owner. they were very helpful, hoping next time i buy a used car i can do it from here. They always checked on me while i was waiting and everything seems to be done very well. More

He was extremely thorough and reviewing all of the features in the car (especially safety features). He had the car detailed for us, and signing all of the paperwork took a maximum of 10-15 minutes. Very efficient system and good communication between staff members. We enthusiastically recommend Robb and wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from him again. He (and the dealership) exemplify professionalism. More

My car needed a relatively simple.fix, but was only 1 week old and bringing it back so soon was more than annoying as the issue should have been resolved before purchase was completed. What should have been a quick job lasted into a second day, the rep took my phone number down in correctly and said she couldn't reach me all day. Even the next day I had to follow up myself. There was no proactive communication at all. When I went to pick my car up the next day I didn't even see the rep. Very poor considering this was a brand new car, the experience did not make me feel like a valued customer. More
