Wish a six figure car was more cared for. Paint was damaged by tree sap. Jaguar so far is taking care of the damage, with no blow back. More

Terrible customer service I was treated horribly and because I am a women they tried to sell me things my car didn’t need done. My car is new. I was definitely taken advantage I was treated horribly and because I am a women they tried to sell me things my car didn’t need done. My car is new. I was definitely taken advantage of. Then once I declined the extra options they treated me like dirt. Didn’t walk me to my car. Handed the keys and said bye. I had to return 2 hours later because my light was still on for fluids. Makes me wonder if I even got the oil change that I paid for. This place is slimy and I will never come back or recommend it to anyone. More

Very focused on making sure I was satisfied I have found in my past experiences service at dealerships to be less then satisfactory. I took my vehicle in for service and found I did not have to I have found in my past experiences service at dealerships to be less then satisfactory. I took my vehicle in for service and found I did not have to wait to be served. My service attendant was knowledgeable and fully understood my issues. After leaving my vehicle to be serviced, I was given some expectations, if parts were needed, the problem found would need to wait or I could expect my vehicle to be ready in about 4 hours. I was called and told my vehicle was ready after about 4 hours and all my issues had been fixed. I am quite happy with my service experience and that of my service representative. More

Only issue I had, within 10 mins of driving out of the Service department, the airbag warning light came on, which has never been an issue...easy to resolve, but a tad annoying (as I heard another customer in the Service Center stating that every time she has left the service center, one of her warning lights triggers w/in 10 minutes - May want to inform your technicians that this seems to not be an isolated problem...although this is only the 2nd time in 12 years I've noticed it. More
