Good service, looking for better communication. I have no issues with the annual maintenance that was done. I was just hoping for more communication from the service center. I dropped my car off f I have no issues with the annual maintenance that was done. I was just hoping for more communication from the service center. I dropped my car off first thing in the morning and did not receive any updates throughout the day even though I was told there would be and that I told them I'd be back around 4:30pm. I emailed asking for an update, but did not receive any communication back via email or phone call. When I got there I was told they had to replace a part so it would be another hour - which was OK, I went ahead and something to eat around town. I was then called and was told my car would be ready around 5:30. When I got there I was told they were just finishing up washing my car. Shortly after I was given keys, but they were for a different car. Then was told they're just finishing up washing it. Granted they were checking to see that the coolant leak was for sure fixed as well, but there was some remnant coolant that needed to burn off and caused a little more delay. In the end, I received my keys and left shortly after 6pm. More

Excellent service Diagnosis and repair was completed much faster and at a much lower cost than expected and returned very clean, as usual. Our taxes are lower here and the destination of goods was Vancouver, WA. I only drove up there because Matt was really good with following up and answered all my questions via text or phone call before I got there. When I got there, he spent hours working me. I’d definitely buy another car from him and recommend him. More
