Friendly and Fast experience , low quality service though. Second time I’ve had my car in for servicing where I’ve dropped it off and upon completion the service rep failed to look over the car to see the qual Second time I’ve had my car in for servicing where I’ve dropped it off and upon completion the service rep failed to look over the car to see the quality of wash and vacuum before turning back over to owner. My car set completed for several hours before I could pick it up leaving a large window of opportunity to go over the car and see that the complimentary wash and vacuum was done with high standards that landeover jaguar prides themself on . Shanetta was amazingly nice and communicated well but failed to look over my cars condition when turned over to me. When I pointed it out she joked and said it looked as if Stevie wonder washed it and although funny it was true and is disappointing. I think the car wash is very hard on the paint and now see a few new surface scratches which I will pass on ever having done again. More

We drive 3 hours to have our vehicle serviced at Bellevue Jaguar. The only thing that I would recommend that when the vehicle is washed, that it's dried completely. We have a black Jag and water-spots show up like a neon sign. We pulled over in the next parking lot and dried the car before driving home. More
