Careless. They broke a piece of exterior trim. I went to land rover Bellevue to service my car, as I assumed I'd get the highest level of service. Multiple attempts getting a problem fixed I cannot recommend this service center. The service advisors themselves are friendly and helpful which is why I don't give them a 1 star rating. Howev I cannot recommend this service center. The service advisors themselves are friendly and helpful which is why I don't give them a 1 star rating. However, I have had my 2017 Discovery in the service department for the same problem on multiple occasions without the problem being fixed. In fact, most recently they had my vehicle in service for 6 days to fix a problem that wasn't fixed a few months ago, and on the way driving my vehicle home, the same alarm setting went on again and my car ended up going very slow on the freeway. I am very disappointed that they cannot fix the problem. Seems unfortunate that I have had to have my car in the service department so many times in the past year, for a vehicle less than one year old. More
