Difficult To Find The Service Center I have had two experiences with the service department here - the first was better than the last one. They have re-designed the service dept and now you go into the door you used to come out of. There's no signage and no way to tell what's going on. A lot boy yelled at me for being in the wrong place. They also need help with their appointment system. I was called three times and sent three more emails to remind me of my appointment - one reminder is sufficient. More

John Shinledecker from Service Department assisted me during my last visit on Oct. 15. I was provided a loaner, as requested and explained in details what had to be done to my car during the service. John expedited the matter and was very professional, knowledgeable and accommodative. Upon releasing my car to me, he provided very helpful information about its handling and offered to contact him at any time should I have any questions or concerns. Great service! Car broke down second time driving it, got no help from Adam Adam was great initially, however my Jag broke down immediately after I got it, and now the service center has had it for over a week. They want to keep it and do an overnight test drive, yet it negatively impacts my me as it comes out of my yearly milage plan. When I tried to get an milage extension on the lease, Adam (the dealer) was of no help and forwarded me the JLR website link to find the customer service contact information. When I asked why he couldn't help me and why I needed to spend more of my time dealing with this, he gave me a "yeah it's a weird relationship" explanation. Do not buy these vehicles, and don't go to this dealer. Absolutely ridiculous. More
