Wow! Above and beyond. I wish I could say something bad. A six and a half hour train trip to this dealership and I'm still happy. Disorganized service center While all of the staff that we dealt with at the service center were friendly, we were continually disappointed by how disorganized they were. Both my husband and I were hung up on separate times while being transferred from person to person. They neglected to call to set up a shuttle when they said they would. One time that I called during business hours, the scheduler was "out" and they asked me to call back in 2 days to schedule my service. When we brought the car in at the scheduled time, they did not have our appointment written down and tried to turn us away until they talked with the person who had set the appointment. Each of the 3 times we had to come in for this issue, they were harried and "understaffed for the day". The work they did was fine, and like I said, they were friendly and respectful, but they need to figure out some better systems for organization. More

It is also to bad that you have to make an appointment to have your car washed where having owned several Lexus's it was a much better overall experience for a less expensive vehicle. More
