Disorganized service center While all of the staff that we dealt with at the service center were friendly, we were continually disappointed by how disorganized they were. Both my husband and I were hung up on separate times while being transferred from person to person. They neglected to call to set up a shuttle when they said they would. One time that I called during business hours, the scheduler was "out" and they asked me to call back in 2 days to schedule my service. When we brought the car in at the scheduled time, they did not have our appointment written down and tried to turn us away until they talked with the person who had set the appointment. Each of the 3 times we had to come in for this issue, they were harried and "understaffed for the day". The work they did was fine, and like I said, they were friendly and respectful, but they need to figure out some better systems for organization. More

Lexus was a much nicer experience. It is also to bad that you have to make an appointment to have your car washed where having owned several Lexus's it was a much better overall experience for a less expensive vehicle. More
Great experience I was looking to buy a new car and I was fairly undecided. Throughout the process I didn't feel pressured at all, and everyone was very patient. I ended up going there 4 times and test driving 5-6 different cars before making a choice. I also liked the fact that they had a kids play room where my son could have fun while I was going through the purchasing process. More

I know in the future I will go back and I recommend anyone who is in the market to get a vehicle to do the same. She also recognized the DEF unit price disparity between Bellevue (WA) Jaguar Land Rover and Louisville (KY) Jaguar Land Rover. Hopefully this will be rectified by Bellevue management. More
Headlight change out takes forever. Scheduled a headlight bulb replacement with the dealer. Was supposed to take an hour tops. Arrived at the appointed time and was checked in. Was told that the car had an airbag recall that would need to be taken care of as well. Dealer said they’d provide a loaner for the extra time it’d take to address the recall issue and that they’d provide the loaner “right away”. I agreed. Nearly 2 hours of waiting later and no sight of the loaner. In fact the last time I was there for another scheduled service I had a similar experience of endless waiting. This time for a pickup to collect my car from the dealer once the service was complete. This wait was over 3 hours with no good reason. On both occasions the incidents were handled unsatisfactorily by the dealership/management. More
