I had a scheduled appointment and received a loaner as requested. I had to check on the status of my vehicle 8 hours later to be told it wasn’t even seen yet as we are operating at 40% staff and I only ha requested. Why schedule an appointment knowing staff is short and keep customers waiting. My vehicle wasn’t even seen until the next morning and finally complete 32 hours later. Everyone is short staffed. Manage operations to meet the needs of your staff as well as customers. Stop making excuses and then potentially charging customers for your inability to meet needs. More
