All went smoothly, Steve met me at the agreed time with the car out and available. There was no pressure from Steve, no additional people trying to influence me and as my wife was arriving he pulled the c the car out and available. 2020 Envogue Review I would have given it 5 stars, but before we drove our new vehicle off the lot we discovered the camera wasn't working. The sales guy (was standing i I would have given it 5 stars, but before we drove our new vehicle off the lot we discovered the camera wasn't working. The sales guy (was standing in for our sales guy Jason Jenkins) said when we get home to let the vehicle sit for about an hour and then see if it works. Well we did, but still not working. We contacted Jason Jenkins, our sales guy and he said to bring in on June 18th which we did. They gave us a loaner, but this was very disappointing to us. We didn't expect this from a brand new vehicle. It's now Friday, June 19th and we are still waiting to find out the status. More
