GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE I bought a used 2011 Land Rover HSE through a fly-by-night dealership in Washington. I needed to ensure it was safe to drive to Mexico where I was he I bought a used 2011 Land Rover HSE through a fly-by-night dealership in Washington. I needed to ensure it was safe to drive to Mexico where I was headed next. I called and scheduled an appointment and had them go through it and find any issues that would potentially become a problem. Needless to say, there were many! Mr. Duncan worked with me to ensure I only fixed what was necessary and I never felt like I was being forced to have any repairs done that wasn't required. I appreciate him trying to work with me and also applying a small military discount on the final bill. I was given a courtesy car for a few days while all the repairs were being done. I appreciate the time they took to ensure I left with a safe and reliable vehicle for my next adventure in life. Mr. Duncan was great to sit with and he even helped me change out a piece for my windshield wiper at the end! I highly recommend this place to everyone! More
