6 hour wait I have two Range Rover’s that I bring in for service all the way from Columbus, GA. Each time I have been I don’t need a loaner vehicle be cause it is I have two Range Rover’s that I bring in for service all the way from Columbus, GA. Each time I have been I don’t need a loaner vehicle be cause it is only going to take 2 hours. On several occasions I have spent as many as 6 hours waiting on my vehicle. I drive 2 hours to get here so I make appointments when I come to area. I am always inconvenienced because I am always told I don’t need a loaner or that they are short on the loaners. I feel as though we spend a lot of money with this dealership. This is my fourth Range Rover I have purchased from this dealership. If the company needs to make more loaners available for their customers then this is what needs to happen. More

When I approached Hennessy about purchasing a CPO Jaguar model, there was a question about communication of price. The dealer and I had a disagreement about which price had been presented about a vehicle. Hennessy stood up to every promise and made the purchase fair, fast and efficient. Their reputation was far more important to them than any perceived difference, as I knew from my side what was communicated and what I expected. From a brand standard perspective, perfect. The dealership is beautiful and every staff member is an advocate for their brand. But it's honesty where Hennessy wins the day, and wins my loyalty. Pure honesty, from the construction of the deal to being very honest about what Jaguar owners can expect from a service perspective about a very unique, storied brand. I spend a lot of time in auto dealers due to my job. I know the process, and I know how easily it would have been for Hennessy to attempt to mangle pricing and upsell options to ruin what I thought was "a good deal." They did none of that. They met me where I was, sold me the car I requested, gave me zero nonsense in the finance office and sent me away thrilled. As for my rep Shawn, there is literally none better with whom you could do business. Run to this dealership eyes wide open and they will do exactly what they say, protecting their reputation and your best interests in the process. All the stars for Hennessy. Well done. More
